The Zombie Chicken Award

"The blogger who receives this award believes in the Tao of the zombie chicken - excellence, grace and persistence in all situations, even in the midst of a zombie apocalypse. These amazing bloggers regularly produce content so remarkable that their readers would brave a raving pack of zombie chickens just to be able to read their words."
.
I found this award on Poet Mom's Blog and it is too good to pass by. So trumpets please: I hearby award this special recognition to:
.
Renee on her birthday
Studio Lolo my good friend
Bella Sinclair for her virtual jellybeans (and non-virtual artwork)
Melissa for her simplicity
Debra Kay for her articulate guts
&
Mim because I love Ms. Em and Mim is a good egg
.
This award may be issued to others in due time. Meanwhile, take it and use it if and when you wish.
.
And to anyone inclined to promote ill will or ill winds, I say cluck you!

  2. Well of course, I fucking love it.

    Ha ha ha.

It is going on my blog now so that when people come for my birthday tomorrow they will see that I already have a present.

Also, what totally kicks ass is that I am in with Laurel and Bella. Two of my very favourite babes.

Now, kj is this from you are is it from V.V.?

    Love Renee

  11. Oh Oz it is. That you can have no doubt. By the way did you read Wicked? I loved it. I am reading a book right now, I love it. I will have to tell you what it is.

Angelique (my oldest daughter) lent it to me yesterday.

Anyway, we will bring it with us so in case you need something to read while you are sitting in a dramatic fashion.

Do you think we should all wear tube tops. You know I can't wear a bra, so I will have to have some kind of sling set up for my left breast as it will be quite low. The right one is held up by inflammatory breast cancer (damn, I wish it would get floppy again).

So tube tops ladies. And because we will be arriving in Oz, the colour will definitely need to be emerald.

    Love Renee

  12. I just thought of something.

    Forget Oz and forget emerald.

Lets go see Bella in Japan. Is the colour a red sun?

I hope the heck Bella is ready for us.

Isn't Bella beautiful. I love her so much.

    xoxo

  14. Bella is totally on board and she said I get the bed.

We better make sure Laurel is game for Tokyo. I would love to see Bella, apparently she says she has buns of steel.

I will have a fabulous birthday, that I know. I always do.

    xoxo

  15. sidney, i'm losing my classy dignity a little more each day! :)

renee, this looks to be quite a trip. one breast low, one breast held up, and two buns of steel. and tank tops, tee shirts, and probably your favorite pajama bottoms. and maybe my minnie mouse slippers. it's a good thing ostriches are not required to clear customs.
