Good To Know.....

Some things are just plain good to know:
.
You cannot cause a shadow to disappear
by trying to fight it, stomp on it,
by railing against it,
or any other form of emotional or physical resistance.
.
In order to cause a shadow to disappear,
you must shine light on it.

    And those images from the blizzard are amazing ... the power of this planet is awesome. Some say how can God do this? But I read somewhere that God isn't in the destruction ... He/She is in the aftermath when everyone picks each other up and helps rebuild.

    I can see this either way - you can shine a light within the darkness or embrace it as it is - both make the darkness less frightening.
