Can you see how much they love each other?
These are two people I love more than I could ever say.
It's been a couple of weeks of unplanned stress.
It's getting better.
But above all that
seeing my Mother and my Daughter
together like this
is reason enough
to know joy.
This a very huge gift for me
and I hope it may remind you
of how good it is to be in the presence
of people who love one another.
That reminder is
my little gift # 3
to you today

That is an adorable picture. I'd crop it closer and turn it black and white and turn up the contrast. Just saying :).
ReplyDeleteI did it, Amy! A sepia , not black and white, but fun to try. Thanks for the advice.
DeleteI think I will treasure this picture of all of my life

ReplyDeleteVeeeeee, you are most welcome. I hope you win!!!!
DeleteThat is just so sweet. But also logical. Grandparents and Grandchildren are natural allies against the Parents. Perhaps you have noticed that?
ReplyDeleteBlessings and Bear hugs, regardless.
That is a very interesting observation, rob-bear :-).

My wife has worked every holiday at the retirement home for four years now. At the start if this month she went from one job t another. Now she only works Mondays and Tuesdays...guess what day Christmas falls on this year.
ReplyDeleteMark, that is entirely so wrong ! So what does that mean--you'll be cooking Christmas dinner?
DeleteI hope the holiday favorably surprises us both :-)
