Depends on how many excuses you'll accept as to why you can't leave just yet or why you have to come back "for just a little while because you're the only one who can fix "this"They did my mom for almost 5 years after she retired.
Marc, I think sometimes it's just about love...♥
Just DO it!
Kj...thanks for your well wishes...you know you do have my phone number and are welcome and encouraged to use it at any time:-) I will say though if you are under or next to a tall building and a sign says sit...walk softly away, those usually come equipped with a piano or anvil;-)
chris, i am equally cautious and free spirited.lovekj
Why thank you! I think I WILL sit and rest for a bit, right there on that bench with you. We shall count all the ways that life is still worth living splendidly. This may take a while.**blows kisses** Deb
Perfect, deb, perfect! As us your company :-)
Make that "as is" !
We can choose when we rest but I don't think many of us are very good at choosing rest. Especially me.
I meant that in a loving way you know. you need a little sit down. a time out. lots going on and deep breaths, peace and quiet are healing....healing for the good and the sad. take a few minutes for you dear....really...do
Mim, we boomarang this wise advice to and from each other!!!
Rest well, when you choose.Blessings and Bear hugs!Bears NotingLife in the Urban Forest (poetry)
Choosing is the cat hair, rob!!!Lovekj
You've had a lot going on...it's tough to find the quiet times.I fight against rest. I've been told to rest; when I'm told to do anything, I generally do the opposite, haha!My resting these days consists of taking a few moments with Nature whenever I can, grounding and balancing myself. It seems to work well for me.Thinking of you, Karen...xx
After you've helped "snoring mask" with her or his colors and themes, maybe you can help me with my own colors and themes. Or not. Anyway, yes, I have enough leisure to choose when I can rest. I guess we all do if we're willing to take the time away from other things. As people sometimes say, "The world would learn to get by without you if you were dead."
Rest. WHat's that again? I know it's important, but it's so easy to walk by the bench even when we need it.
Kj, Of course it's not true, everything is a choice, make the right one and sit down. xoxo
