Little Gifts # 3

Can you see how much they love each other?

These are two people I love more than I could ever say.

It's been a couple of weeks of unplanned stress.

It's getting better.

But above all that

seeing my Mother and my Daughter

together like this

is reason enough

to know joy.

This a very huge gift for me

and I hope it may remind you

of how good it is to be in the presence

of people who love one another.

That reminder is

my little gift # 3

to you today

love

  1. That is an adorable picture. I'd crop it closer and turn it black and white and turn up the contrast. Just saying :).

    1. I did it, Amy! A sepia , not black and white, but fun to try. Thanks for the advice.

  5. That is just so sweet. But also logical. Grandparents and Grandchildren are natural allies against the Parents. Perhaps you have noticed that?

    Blessings and Bear hugs, regardless.

    1. Mark, that is entirely so wrong ! So what does that mean--you'll be cooking Christmas dinner?

I hope the holiday favorably surprises us both :-)
