The Big Ball...

.
.
.
.
My new discovery--The Book of Knowledge from 1946--is announcing that I will be gallivanting around the Big Ball of Life for the weekend, celebrating a friend's birthday, seeing a play on Broadway, eating oh eating, taking a carriage ride through Central Park, visiting the New York City Modern Museum of Art, and--heart be still!!!--heading for Foxwoods Casino to play the quarter slot machines.
.
.
I am the poor girl's version of a one armed bandit cultured intellectual.
.
.
I may sneak a comment into your blog but no posts for me until the other side of this Big Ball.
.
.
Happy weekend to the most wonderful people,
.
.
Love
kj

  15. Have fun in one of my favorite cities in the world. If Takashimaya is still open go there for tea. I used to say it was the Cathedral of Takashimaya and going to NY was my pilgrimage. And yes to the pages, please. I just got your email if you can believe that!

Not only is my email out of sinc, I have to sign to my own blog to get in! The world has gone finally completely mad. But please have fun in spite of it. Hugs from here.
