Animal Wednesday: Emily Rabbit and the Environment

My teacher told me he would give me extra credit if I drew a picture of the earth and I included at least one good reason to be nice to it.
.
Here's what I came up with:
.
Save the Earth!
.
It's the only planet that has
jellybeans and chocolate!!!
.
My teacher Mr. O'Hare gave me extra extra credit when he found out I drew pictures of four animals on my map. Can you see them?
.
P.S. In school extra extra credit means you get a pencil or a marker. That is not really my idea of extra or extra extra credit but I get in enough trouble for talking and stomping my feet in class, so I just smiled and said, "Thank you very much, Mr. O'Hare." He looked at me and said, "Emily, are you sick?"
.
Sometimes people don't know it's you if you try to be TOO nice!
.
kj says please keep praying for Renee. I know where she lives on this map. Try praying there.
.

  3. I see them as well, Emily...and it won't be long before people realize you really ARE nice, deep down, all the time!

Jellybeans and chocolate are a terrific reason to save anything, in my opinion.

  5. ms. soulbrush, i copied the map and i just did what was in front of me. maybe england is tucked in a desk drawer some where??

renee, forget mr. ryan and mr. drew. this is all about me. they don't mind, either. i give them jellybeans and they just smile at me. i'll thank kj.

marion, i am not THAT nice. really. i don't think i should be. i would not cry or whine as well as i do if i were nicer. and maybe i would forget how to kick. and marion, did you know i got arrested and it was NOT my fault?

hello mim, i like you. kj said i should tell you.

    yours truly for now

  10. Emily,
You are so very clever. Those animals were hiding from me... but I found them. You deserve extra credit jelly beans, but pencils and markers are good for more drawings.

    Renee is in my prayers.

  13. I see you still want to save the world, Amazing, nobody does anymore. Gives me hope.
I used to think that we had to make bad things disappear, mainly by destroying them ourselves. Now I think we do not have to destroy anything, we have to make amazingly innovative creations that will cause bad things to vanish; to become extinct as if they where non apt species.

    Love KJ

  15. I want to save the earth too Em!
I'm learning new things every day on how little changes can help.

I used to get extra credit in school, but I've NEVER gotten extra extra credit. Wow, you're so lucky!
When you get big you have to be careful of extra extra credit cards ;P

I'm going for a walk now. catch you later!

Still praying for Renee and her family. Thanks for putting the reminder out there.

  16. Emily I have to say that if I was your teacher I would tell you that your picture is upside down because I can only see America and a bit of Africa. If you turn it upside down you will see Australia which is really on top but the map makers got it all wrong because they didn't know that there were countries on the other side. We are not really 'down under' we are 'up over'. So there . .and we have American jellybeans and Hershey Kisses and best of all . . .Vegemite.

  17. Emily! I've missed you so much! Your earth is lovely and, yes, it's very important to have jellybeans and chocolate.

I see that in Baino's world (up there, look ^^) she has Vegemite, which I love so I think it's a great idea that the earth is round and we can all get to each others' bits of it without falling off!

Me and Buddha are always thinking soft and healing thoughts for darling Renee and her precious family. See...that's another excellent reason for the world to be round...we all share the same sky. Very important, that, y'know?

Please thank kind and sweet kj for all her visits to my blog and for her lovely, generous comments...which I always treasure.

Maybe, Emily, we could turn that around so that they wouldn't know us if we were mean.
